Dr. Robert L. Ochs, M.D.

Dr. Ochs is a board-certified dermatologist and has been working with patients to provide the best dermatological care in San Antonio as well as the surrounding areas since 1996. Dr. Ochs experience in dermatology is coupled with genuine concern for his patients. Our committed staff are here to assist and provide patients with gentle and personalized care. We also strive to provide you and your family with outstanding service and prompt attention to your needs. Our goal is to help you achieve and maintain healthy skin and a healthy life.

Dr. Ochs is a native Texan and earned his undergraduate degree from West Texas State University (now West Texas A&M University). He graduated magna cum laude with a dual major in biology and chemistry. He earned his doctorate degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. Dr. Ochs completed an internship/residency in Pediatrics, immediately followed by a Dermatology residency—his true passion—all at New York Hospital - Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan. During his final year of dermatology he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Ochs then moved back to San Antonio to start private practice. He is proud to be a solo practitioner in the ever-changing field of medicine.

Dr. Ochs is a fellow of the American Board of Dermatology and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Texas Dermatological Society and Bexar County Medical Society. He is also affiliated with other various associations committed to helping physicians provide distinctive solutions to the challenges they encounter in the care of patients.
